Dwayne - the Apprentice

Dwayne Cassidy found his previous job pressure free but not stimulating enough to sustain his interest. Looking for a new challenge, he decided to fulfil a life long ambition to work with computers and signed up so study for his MCSE training course with Advent.

Now working four days a week as a Professional Service IT Apprentice, Dwayne says he has found a career he really enjoys.

I always wanted to work in IT but never had any qualifications so couldnt get a job. The MCSE training course is valued by companies across the world so I knew it would stand me in good stead when I was looking for a job in IT.

Dwayne added: Advent Careers helped me arrange my CV, kept me informed about suitable jobs and generally supported me all the way. Without them, I would never have had the confidence to do this.
