29-y­ear-o­ld Rakesh Parmar has been so impressed with Advent Careers that he has gone on to recommend the company to friends and family looking to start a new career in IT.

Rakesh felt his temporary security work offered him no future: It was a dead end job, he explains. After enrolling on his MCSE training course, Rakesh had a number of interviews before taking up his new post at Venture Computing Solutions as a Junior Field Engineer.
