Reapit Reaps Rewards from Advent Careers

Kate Oliver from Reapit, recently worked with Advent Careers to recruit a new member of her helpdesk team. Kate is enthusiastic about the service she received.

We utilise a number of methods for recruiting new staff, but it was interesting to hear from Advent Careers regarding the placement service they offered. After an initial meeting to discuss our current and future recruitment plans and how Advent could assist our business, we started the process of recruiting additional helpdesk staff.

We saw this as an ideal opportunity to recruit staff who are determined to forge a new career in IT. We have successfully taken on a new member of staff through Advent, who is proving to be a real asset to our business.
